This piece refreshes a design that THE FOUND. has offered since its early days.
Starting from a classic image, it layers on the gesture of a cigarette held between the lips and a warped layout, leaving a sense of space that feels a little like a scene from a film.
The words “SMOKIN’ FICTION” stand for an ambiguous air, somewhere between reality and make-believe.
It slips a slightly disheveled mood into the elegance and rebuilds the image as a collage in the style of THE FOUND.
This piece has a back print.
A large graphic on the back gives the piece a strong presence from behind as well.
An original body made from medium-weight cotton fabric.
Soft against the skin, with the peace of mind of a fabric that is not see-through.
BLACK is a faded black with a reddish cast, like the ones you find on vintage T-shirts.
