You can shop at studio twelve without creating an account.
Add the items you like to your cart, fill in your details and place your order.
We'll email you a confirmation once the order is complete. Please check that it's correct.
Prices & payment
You pay the price shown for each item (tax included) plus shipping.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express / JCB / Diners)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (within Japan only)
Credit card and PayPal payments are charged when you place your order.
For bank transfers, we ship after we've confirmed your payment.
Note: All prices on this site include Japanese consumption tax.
Note: Orders shipped outside Japan may be charged customs duties and local taxes.
Shipping
We ship within Japan by Sagawa Express and overseas by EMS.
Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days after we confirm them.
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking number.
Shipping fees
- Within Japan: ¥770 (tax included)
- Outside Japan: depends on the destination country or region. You'll see the fee at checkout.
Note: Weather or traffic can delay delivery.
Note: If you're out, the carrier leaves a missed-delivery notice. Please collect the package within the carrier's redelivery period.
Note: If you ask for the package to be left at your door, we can't refund it if it's lost or stolen.
If your order doesn't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived 10 days or more after you placed it,
please contact Customer Service with your order number.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only for defective items or items we sent by mistake.
In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We'll tell you where and how to send it back, at our expense.
Note: The same conditions apply to orders shipped outside Japan.
Cooling-off
Under Japanese law, the cooling-off system applies to door-to-door sales.
It doesn't apply to online orders from this site.
