Article 1 (General Provisions)

These Terms set out the conditions for using all services we provide through the Site (the "Services"). When using the Services, you must follow these Terms and any policies and other rules we set separately.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

When using the Services, you are responsible for your own actions and must comply with the law and these Terms. If we consider it necessary, we may change or suspend the Services without prior notice.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Article 4 (Purchases, Payment and Shipping)

1. A sales contract between you and us is formed when you select products on the Site and complete the purchase process.
2. Product prices, shipping fees and other fees are the amounts shown on the Site.
3. Payment methods are credit card, PayPal or other methods we specify.
4. We ship by Sagawa Express within Japan and by EMS internationally. Delivery may be delayed depending on the region, weather or traffic conditions.
5. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations)

1. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for the customer's own reasons.
2. If an item arrives defective or the wrong item is delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After we check, we will exchange the item or issue a refund.
3. We make product images as close to the actual items as possible, but colors and other details may differ from the actual items depending on your monitor settings and other factors. Such differences are also not eligible for return or exchange.
4. This Article also applies to items shipped outside Japan.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the content, designs, logos, images, videos, text and other materials on the Site and in the Services belong to us or to their rightful owners. You must not copy, repost, distribute, modify or sell them without our permission.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. We accept no liability whatsoever for damage caused by events not attributable to us, such as natural disasters, communication failures, system problems or delays by delivery companies.
2. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of the content or information on this site.
3. We are also not liable for malfunctions, data loss or other problems caused by your network environment or the device you use.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

If we consider it necessary, we may revise these Terms without notice. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on the Site. If there are significant changes, we will announce them on the Site.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Contact Information)

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Japanese text is the authoritative version.
2. The Fukuoka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction by agreement as the court of first instance over all disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services.
